Nowadays, every computer-science student needs to know computer english, because, if you don't know computer english, will be very hard to find a good work.
Computer english is very important, not only in our jobs, also in our lifes. For example, if you want to work in other country, you need to speak a little bit of english, and if you know computer english, this will be a good foundation to express your ideas in other language, and to speak with persons from all the world's places. It is also useful to know computer english to solve all kinds of problems with hardware or software.
From my point of view is important that a computer-science student knows computer english, to use his knowledge to understand the actions that he do, and the origin of the solution.

when you refer to a different thing, like a different country, use "another country"
